           Do you know that particles of energy leave your body and connect instantly with similar particles of energy long distances away? Scientists believe this instant communication happens without any limit to the distance. But, measuring this instant communication is a bit difficult. So far, scientists have been able to measure energy particles connecting without time delay as far as 88 miles apart. I’m sure soon they will measure it at much further distances than that.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           You might wonder, “so what”? Well, your focus activates this energy that leaves you. Your focus gives direction to energy waves that leave you that instantly connect with similar energy outside of you at long distances away. Your focus has power.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Choose what kind of energy you want to activate for yourself. Whatever energy you activate over and over again will grow in abundance for you. You can grow resentment, fear, anger if you choose to continually focus on those within yourself – or – you can grow fun, harmony, joy, love and abundance if you choose to continually focus on those.

           Activate the energy you want more of in your life, because it connects to particles of energy outside of you and circles right back to you. Grow baby grow!

           Did you know that being calm quiet within yourself (meditation), allows you to have compassion for others? As you have compassion for another person, you will be opening the electromagnetic particles pathway for others to have compassion for you.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           So today, if you feel upset about something someone has done that you don’t agree with, take a few moments to calm and quiet yourself. Then, try to imagine how that person was feeling when they did what they did. Perhaps they were feeling scared about meeting a tight deadline at work and they snapped at you angrily. Imagine a time when you too have felt scared about something and without realizing it, said angry snappy words to someone. With this awareness, send a feeling of understanding to the person who behaved in a way you didn’t like. You will feel calmer yourself. You will also have an easier time letting go and moving on. And likely, in the future, someone will extend the same understanding to you when you do something you wish you hadn’t done.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Did you know that when you feel happy your body creates a chemical called oxytocin to all of its cells? This happy feel good love chemical inside of you gives a message to your cells that life is good and safe. This message tells the cells to function at their highest, thus keeping you healthy.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Since circumstances that contribute to you feeling happy will change – as all things do- find a deeper place inside of you that the happiness resides. Get in touch with your happiness even when circumstances change. Perhaps you have a calm happy meal with family or a friend. Your happiness does not come solely from the food and calm environment – it comes from your appreciation and care of your loved one or friend.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Anchor your happiness in the gratitude you have for you friend or family member. You will continue to feel that happiness whenever you desire – long after your meal has concluded. And, you will be continuing to spread the happy oxytocin chemical that keeps your body healthy.

           Did you know that your focused purposeful intention affects things outside of yourself – even computers? Several research studies have shown that people focused on a particular image in their minds can make computers generate more of that same image.
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           So, know that your focus and intention creates energy that goes to work outside of yourself. Be clear on what you focus and set your intentions upon because you are setting particles of energy in motion that go to work on your behalf. The old adage, “Be careful what you wish for – you may get it” is true.

           If you find yourself facing competing desires such as expressing your anger and frustration in the moment of difficulty with someone you care about, versus having an ongoing relationship of joy and harmony – focus your intention on your long-range desire of joy and harmony and find a calmer more peaceful time in the future to discuss your frustrations.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Know that your focused intentions send forth particles of energy to meet your desire.

           Did you know that your heart knows if you are in a situation of danger, love, safety, harm, or caring, faster than your brain knows?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           How often have you had a prickly feeling when you didn’t quite feel safe? How often have you known deep down that someone cares about you even when they are upset or mad at you? Your heart understands the communication signals coming from others faster than your brain does. So, when you are wondering about someone else’s motive or intention as it relates to you, check with your heart, not your head. Sometimes people call this knowing a gut reaction. Some people call it intuition.
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Did you know that when you give yourself the gift of having humor and laughter that the immune cells in your body work better and you will have less sickness?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           So, as you go through your day today ask yourself to find the irony or humor in whatever situation you find yourself in. Allow yourself to enjoy the complexities of this chaotic life we all share. Perhaps you are late leaving work and thus late getting home to feed your family. You and others in your family are tired and hungry and getting cranky. There is some happiness and humor to be found in how well you know and love your family members and yourself, that you can predict the exact reactions that each of your loved ones will have when they are tired and hungry. Yet, all of you love each other and enjoy each other when you are calm and have full stomachs. There is love and humor in knowing other people well enough to predict their reactions and allowing those reactions to pass by you.
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Your feelings activate quantum particles that are set into motion, bringing you more of the same. So, be sure to focus on those feelings that bring you more of what you want.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           What do you do though if you have life challenges that bring you down? What if it is hard to feel eager and excited for the good things you want in life when there are so many difficulties?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Think about those times when you felt energized and inspired to pursue something that excited you. You were happy and eager to go into action to achieve your desires. During this period of inspiration and action, you were living your dreams, having fun, and loving how everything just “clicked”!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Then, you woke up one morning, and the feelings of inspiration were gone — those excited feelings were gone. You trudged through your day feeling a bit hopeless. You no longer felt excited. Instead, you worried that your good feelings and dreams were fleeting and that you didn’t know how to recapture them. Those days, you would attend to your job and family while also feeling disappointed that your inspiration and excitement had disappeared. And, you wondered how to get back on track.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Each of us is made up of quantum particles of energy that become activated by the jolt of energy that feelings provide. Science shows that when you focus on something with a feeling attached to it, your brain jumps to a higher electrical megahertz, which actives those quantum particles. If the feelings are positive, you activate positive energy. If they are negative, you activate negative energy.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Getting back on track with inspiration and success is not as hard as you might think. When you feel happy, your brain activates your quantum particles, which can’t tell the difference between feeling happy and excited about finding a new job and feeling happy and excited to go for a walk with your dog (who is, of course, overwhelmingly happy to go for a walk).
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Here is the easy path for getting back on track:

            Capture Gratitude –
           &#xD;

             Feel happiness and excitement for anything or many things in your life that spark those feelings for you. Feel it. Enjoy it.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Envision your Dream –
           &#xD;

             While you are feeling happy and excited, bring your new desire to mind. Imagine yourself with the new perfect job, if that is your desire. Imagine yourself playing the musical instrument you have been wanting to learn, if that is your desire. Imagine yourself doing what it is that you desire.

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Let your Dream Bring a Smile to your Face –
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Feel the excitement of living this dream. As worries about current difficulties or critical thoughts about achieving your dream float through your mind, don’t dwell on any of them, just let each one go, and keep the feelings of excitement alive and active inside of you for as long as you can. At first, it might be just a minute or two. Later, you will be able to keep those feelings of excitement active for long stretches during each day.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Plan One Small Step –

             While you are feeling excited, set one SMALL goal for yourself to achieve your desire. Commit to achieving that goal within two days.

            Do One Small Step –

           The power that each of us have when we focus our attention and our intention is tremendous. When we focus on something, the electrical megahertz of energy increases in certain parts of our brains. We set into motion particles of energy that leave us and connect with similar particles, each responding to our desires. So, be careful what you focus on – be sure it is what you want – because you will activate energy particles to work on your behalf.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The old adage, “Be careful what you wish for – you may get it,” is true. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Every day, we focus on many people, events, demands, thoughts, and feelings. Most of us don’t know how powerful our focus can be, and we let it flit from here to there. Yesterday, I was in a hurry and didn’t take my normal quiet time to focus on my intentions for the day. Instead, I just plowed ahead, responding to many different people and things to hurriedly get done. At the end of the day, I didn’t feel like I had accomplished what was important to me –- the whole day seemed to vanish into a flurry of life activities. I didn’t make progress on things that mattered to me. I hadn’t focused my intention.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Did you know that your focused purposeful intention affects things outside of yourself – even computers?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Several experiments have shown that when a computer is programmed to randomly show two different images, say a cowboy or an Indian, people who were asked to focus on one image caused the computer to generate far more of that image than would be generated randomly.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Making your focus powerful

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The key to making your focus powerful is to be purposeful. Try these six steps when you start your day:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ol&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Set aside time. Each day, make sure you set aside quiet time for yourself. You cannot focus your desires on what you want if you are busy doing and thinking about many other things.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Allow your body and mind to relax. During your time of quiet, allow yourself the beauty of just being yourself. Calm and quiet. Let your breathing relax and your mind feel calm.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Bring to mind something you feel grateful for. Particles of energy are set into motion by your feelings. Feeling grateful for something in your life is the fastest, easiest way to activate energy to bring you more of what you focus upon.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Focus on what you desire. Keep the feeling of gratitude active within you as you focus in your mind on what you desire for yourself for that day, a longer-term goal, or a particular situation. If you find yourself facing competing desires, such as wanting to tell someone off versus maintaining the joy and harmony of an ongoing relationship, focus your intention on what you wish for in the long term. Focus on that joy and harmony, and resolve also to find a calm, peaceful time to discuss your frustrations.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Envision accomplishment. Feel grateful for accomplishing what you desire that day as well as for the longer-term goals coming true for you. The energy particles you are setting into motion activate more of what you desire. So, by feeling grateful for something and pairing that feeling with your desire, you will engage energy particles to bring you opportunities for your wishes to be fulfilled.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Enjoy your energy. After your quiet time of feeling grateful and focusing on your desires, you will likely feel relaxed and energized at the same time. Enjoy this feeling and your beautiful day.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Know that your focused intentions send forth particles of energy to meet your desire.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ol&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Now, please try these strategies and share your experience. How did it feel to have quiet time just for yourself? Did relaxing your body and mind help you? What was it like to pair the feeling of gratitude with the desire you envisioned for yourself? After trying this for a few days, has it made a difference for you?

           Karma is a real thing– what we put out there comes back to us. Quantum Physics tells us that the particles of energy we set in motion through our thoughts and feelings connect up with like particles, working much like a radio does. As long as we activate certain particles (like tuning into our favorite local radio station), we participate in the information stream – listening to the news, thinking about what we hear, and emotionally reacting to it. We can choose to continue to listen and participate or change the station.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We have the power to correct our karmic reactions through a process of quiet, self-awareness. We have the power to change the station.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I remember a friend of mine exclaiming recently that everything seemed to keep going wrong. Her furnace went out on a very cold morning, her teenager rear-ended someone at a stoplight, her favorite coffee mug slipped out of her hands and broke. All of this happened in the same week that she also had an especially negative client rejecting all of her business proposals. At each turn of events she wilted with fear “On no, what a horrible week; I wonder what else will go wrong!” Those thoughts and feelings set energy particles into motion to meet her fear expectation of other things going wrong. All her energy stream broadcast, “Bad things will just keep happening to me!” And that is exactly what happened. Karma is real.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Karma – what goes around comes around – is supported by the findings of quantum physics and quantum mechanics. Everything in the world is made up of energy particles. The energy particles that make up our bodies, thoughts, and feelings connect to other particles, all of which react to one another instantaneously and continuously. Literally, what particles we send out (what goes around) come back to us (what comes around).
          &#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           What you can DO to control your karma?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Whenever you are reacting to something – whether it is strictly in your mind or an actual event occurring in the moment – your energy particles are set into motion.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           One way to correct the course of your karma reaction is to find a time for quiet self-awareness and try this six-step karma correction pathway:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ol&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Visualize.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Bring to mind what you wish had unfolded differently.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Own it.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Let go of that which you had no control over. Then, take ownership for your part in what happened. Understand what fear, anger, worry, or resentment was triggered within you. Be kind to yourself, and know we all come by our own triggers from things that have happened in the past. Know that you are doing the best you can, even now. My friend’s fear and tension likely contributed to the strained negative relationship with her client and to dropping her favorite mug. Perhaps fear and tension are also part of her relationship with her son.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Forgive.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Apologize to yourself for the reaction you had in the past, affirming that you hope to do things differently in the future. The biggest transformation that you can have is by forgiving yourself. It is only by forgiving yourself that you can truly have compassion, acceptance, and forgiveness for others.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Apologize.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             In that quiet, self-reflective place inside of yourself, apologize to the person or people your actions affected. You may be tempted to judge them and think that they too should have done things differently. Set those thoughts aside. Their actions and responses are not for you to correct. Your job is in growing and changing yourself – correcting your own karma. As you apologize to the person(s), imagine them accepting your apology.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Commit.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Now, let yourself settle into an image of how you will respond differently in a future similar situation. Make a commitment to yourself that in the future, you will take a moment to pause before reacting. In that pause moment, you can bring this image to mind and choose to respond a little bit differently than you did before.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Trust.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Finally, ask the quiet wise energy inside of yourself if it would be helpful to take some action or make an apology to someone as part of correcting your karmic course. Trust your internal wisdom guidance. It will not lead you astray.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ol&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This approach of focusing on changes within yourself, has just as much power as taking concrete action, although you may want to also use your actions and words to correct your karma.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Remember that the particles activated within you do not know the difference between imaginings and real events. So, as you correct your course within yourself, you are also correcting the karmic energy connected to you.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Now, please try these strategies, and share your experience. What were you able to visualize? How did it feel to own your part, forgive yourself, and envision the process of apologizing to those involved? What commitment did you make to yourself for the future? What did your “gut” tell you during this quiet, self-awareness time?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
